At the agreed time you connect on your phone and walk slowly from room to room, showing us the furniture and anything bulky, opening cupboards and wardrobes, and pointing out the access at both ends: the stairs, the doorways, where the van can park, and anything awkward. It typically takes ten to fifteen minutes.
