Not every move is a whole house. A single sofa, a wardrobe, a fridge-freezer, a marketplace find or a few boxes across town, we'll move it properly, including the awkward ones others won't.
One item, a few things, or a small flat
Plenty of moves are just too big for a car and too small for a full removal, a bed frame to a new flat, a wardrobe from a relative's house, a sofa bought online, a washing machine that needs shifting, or the contents of a single room. We're happy to do exactly that. Our vans and crews are the same ones we use for full house moves, so your one item gets the same protection and care, not a bloke and a hire van.
We're especially known for the awkward single items others turn down, the sofa that won't go round the stairs, the wardrobe that needs to come apart, the appliance down a cellar step, the item that has to go over a wall or up to a first-floor flat. It's the same problem-solving we bring to pianos, applied to furniture, and it's genuinely what we enjoy.
Small moves are quick to quote, tell us what the item is, where it's coming from and where it's going, plus anything tricky about the access, and we'll give you a clear price, usually the same day. If you're doing a small flat move, we can bring boxes too.

Will you move just one item?
Absolutely. A single sofa, wardrobe, bed, appliance or online purchase is no problem, moved with the same care as a full house.
Can you handle awkward single items?
That's our speciality. Tight stairs, over a wall, up to a first-floor flat, down a cellar step, tell us about the access and we'll plan the lift.
Do you dismantle and reassemble furniture?
We can take apart and rebuild items like beds and flat-pack wardrobes where needed to get them moved safely, just mention it when you ask for a quote.
How much does a small move cost?
It depends on the item, the distance and the access, so we quote each one individually. Tell us the details and we'll come back the same day.
