Heres an email we recieved from Mr Merton Parker in Leeds hours after we moved an upright piano down a very steep staircase. This job involved us removing part of a partition archway in his house that was built after the piano was originally moved in to his house. This was of course done with consent from Mr Parker and at his request (it really was the only way to get this piano out!).

 We trust that you arrived safely in Bramley. After you left us we sat down with a cup of coffee and agreed that you were the only three people in the whole World who could have achieved what you did.

 Your calm professionalism and ability to cope with the [almost] impossible are beyond praise.

 We could go on, but not now.  We will try [eventually] to send you the picture of Gavin wielding a lump hammer- but that may not impress the average Steinway owner!
