How does the de clutter process
work?
De cluttering is easy, take a walk
around your house, look in the corners, on top of units, work tops,
even where you kick your shoes off when you walk in. This is all clutter
that puts people off buying your house.
1] Give us a call, we will
deliver 25 boxes (more if you want) to your Huddersfield address. You
then pack up your clutter in to the boxes, write on the box so that you
remember what's in there.
2] Call us again when you're
ready and we'll collect the boxes from you and take them in to our
secure storage facility.
3] When you sell your house, let
us know and we'll deliver your boxes to your new address. Why not let us
quote you for your full removal, as a thank you for using our De
Cluttering service you'll automatically get a 5% discount off your
removal.
How much does this service
cost?
The cost for part 1, delivering 25
boxes to you and then collecting the boxes and taking them in to storage
costs £87.99.
We then charge you £8.99 per week
whilst your boxes are in storage. You can store the boxes for as long as
you want, there is no minimum or maximum term.
Finally to bring your boxes out of
storage to your new house will cost £64.99

The above prices include VAT at the current rate. The
weekly storage rate includes £1000 of liability cover. We assume all
boxes will be sealed and stackable, no open boxes please.
